Pauline Birdsall - Secretary, EFFA
Pauline Birdsall has been Secretary of EFFA for over 15 years. Having become involved with EFFA shortly after its formation, she has seen many changes within the group, and has a close personal knowledge of many of the companies and personalities within the group.
As a Director of Key Air & Sea Ltd, at London Heathrow, Pauline’s role involves Freight Operations, Financial Control, Human Resources and PR. She has taken an active role in lobbying on behalf of small businesses in the UK, and has participated in meetings with Members of Parliament and with the BBC.
Personal interests include running, gardening (including an allotment!) and fundraising for local and national charities. She is married to Barry Birdsall (current VP) and they have one daughter.
Pauline is the person who deals with initial enquiries about membership, and is generally the person who heads up the day to day running of EFFA Head Office. You can contact her at headoffice@effa.com
