The 2010 agm in United States was hosted by Air & Sea International, Inc. / FREIGHTLink.
Utah's stunning Salt Lake City was the setting for EFFA's 2010 AGM. The Monaco Hotel proved to be the perfect venue, with its boutique feel and cosy atmosphere. Each evening the group met to enjoy a complimentary drink together in the comfortable hotel lobby, and discuss the events of the day.
The charity nominated by our host this year was United Way.

One to Ones
As always the President's reception was well attended. The agents swapped gifts in the first ever 'Secret Agent' exchange, and our Host, Jason Fowler thanked everyone on behalf of Air & Sea International for visiting his hometown. The EFFA agents chatted with Jason Castor, of the United Way charity and the total of USD 3500 was raised by the group for this worthy charity

The AGM proved to be a dynamic meeting, with Vice-President Barry Birdsall reporting on the ongoing rebuild of the EFFA website. and with much of the discussion led by President Pat Dillon.
Saturday evening dinner
Our Hosts chose the beautiful setting of 'Log Haven' as the venue for our Saturday dinner. The group enjoyed a coach trip each way and took in the fresh air on the terrace
It was a coach ride into the mountains for the EFFA golfers to the Homestead Resort, Midway, Utah. The format was Texas Scramble with teams of 4. The course was in excellent condition and proved to be a challenge, but the spectacular views and clean mountain air made it a pleasure to play.
Sunday trip to Park City
Some of us who were not playing golf took the coach trip out to Park City to see the facilities built for the 2002 Winter Olympics. The more adventurous of us enjoyed the fun rides (some people became surprisingly competitive) and the fresh mountain air. This was followed by a pleasant stroll through Park City's street stalls and restaurants, where we joined the golfers for lunch.
